Thank you for shopping at Rype Curves.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable to any products you purchase with us.
REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit only.
Delivery fees are non-refundable and cannot be included in store credits on returned or exchanged items.
Store Credit
Store credit is only valid and available for 5 months past the original purchase date. Any remaining balance of store credit past the expiry date will automatically clear itself, leaving your account at a $0 credit balance.
Rype curves cannot and will not honour any store credit past its expiry date for any reason.
Rype Curves does not, under any circumstances, hold items. We do not offer any form of layaway plan.
EXCHANGE & Return
Items must have all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
All sale items are final sales. We do not offer store credit or exchanges on sale items once purchased.
Items must be returned within 5 days of the purchase date, with the purchase date being day 1, or we cannot and will not honour a return or exchange.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt showing clearly the date of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be excepted without a valid receipt.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in the same manner purchased. Original tags must still be attached.
Jewelry items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. No refunds or exchanges will be offered or accepted.
Underwear and Swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. No refunds or exchanges will be offered or accepted.

Shoes must be tried on indoors and bare no markings of wear.

The price payable for the Products shall be as shown on the Website. Prices advertised on the Website exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance.

Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which have already been accepted.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, We will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, We will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after We have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Payment for all Products must be by bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit or debit card.
DISCOUNT CODE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Official Rype Curve Discount Codes entitle you to an extra percentage (specific to the Discount Code in question) off your next online order from www.RypeCurves.com. To claim your discount, when in the ‘Cart’ section of your account there is an option to “Apply Coupon”, which allows you to enter the promotional code in order to apply it to the order.
Discount Codes can only be used once per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. There is no cash alternative. Discount codes exclude the sale collection, new-in-stock collection, and delivery charges.
DELIVERY & PICK-UP TERMS & CONDITIONS
After your order has been processed, a member of our team will contact you with delivery instructions
Orders placed online for in-store pick-up can be collected 2 hours after an order has been placed. If an order is placed before opening hours, the order can be collected 1 hour after the store has opened
There is a $10.00 delivery fee for all orders placed for delivery.
There is a $75.00 minimum purchase for all deliveries.
All delivery orders placed before 5:00 pm, Monday – Saturday will be delivered the same day. Any orders placed after 5:00 pm will be delivered the following business day.
All deliveries are made after 6 pm daily. A delivery agent will contact you with your specified delivery time
All orders placed online for in-store pick up must be collected within 5 days of ordering. If the order has not been collected your order will be cancelled, and all products will be returned back to the store showroom and online store. Customers will receive 50% of the purchase price as a store credit to their account. The remaining 50% will be a cost for no collection and restocking of products. No customer will receive 100% of the funds paid for the order if not collected.
Rype Curves is not responsible for constantly reminding you of orders awaiting collection. We do it as a courtesy, but we are in no way required to do so, nor will we be held responsible if you are not reminded.
